A well presented jug from Scott's Pottery of Sunderland, well potted and decorated with two over painted transfers. On one side a The Sailors Return and on the reverse a splendid scene of Jack and how girl striding along the shore proclaiming - "If you loves I as I loves you. No pair as happy as we two"

Approx - 5.5 inches (140mm) tall.
